I. Definitions
- Client - a natural person, legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality that performs or intends to make an order as part of the Online Store.

II. General provisions
- These Regulations are the regulations referred to in art. 8 of the Act on the provision of electronic services. The Regulations are addressed to all Customers of the Online Store. The customer is obliged to comply with all provisions of the Regulations. Sales are based on the version. Regulations, valid at the time of order. The Regulations specify in particular: a. - The prices presented on the Online Store website are expressed in Polish zlotys and include VAT (gross prices).

- The price for the parties to the transaction is the price displayed on the goods at the time of placing the order by the customer.
- The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the prices of goods on offer on an ongoing basis as well as to carry out and cancel all types of promotional campaigns and sales, informing the fact in due time on the website, giving the date of completion of the promotional campaign or sale.
III. Terms and conditions of using the Online Store
- The acceptance of the order and the date of completion will be confirmed by e-mail.
- Orders can be placed around the clock on all days of the year.
IV. Time and form of order fulfillment
- The Seller reserves that the deadline for completing the order, individual machines, is 120 days. The buyer will be informed, by e-mail or by phone, about the estimated time of order completion of the purchased machine.

After recording the payment on the seller's bank account, the machine is sent. - For machines that are not available on the seller's stock, the buyer pays 50% of the advance on the machine to the seller's bank account. After recording the payment (advance payment) on the seller's account, he is obliged to complete the order within a period of up to 120 business days.
V. The method of making payments

The Seller allows 3 payment methods:
- A transfer to a bank account, the invoice number for payment is specified in the attached Proforma Invoice, which the customer receives by email, after sending their personal data or company data to which the invoice is to be issued. - When collecting goods, payment in cash, the date of collection should be determined in electronic form or by phone.

VI. Terms of complaints
- The basis for accepting the complaint is the proof of the sale agreement.
- The products available in the store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
- The complaint will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the defective goods / machine to the address of the Seller's registered office: Łekno 23, 76-037 Będzino.
- The seller is liable to the customer if the goods have a hidden physical defect or a legal defect that reduces its value or usefulness.
- In the case of a justified complaint, the goods affected by the defect will be repaired free of charge. a. The customer can not withdraw from the contract if the defect is irrelevant.

VII. Withdrawal from the contract
- The customer may withdraw from the contract of purchase within 10 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the customer in accordance with Article. 7 par. 1 of the Act of March 2, 2000, by returning the goods with proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is an invoice issued by the seller.
- A condition for withdrawal from the contract is the return of the purchased product in a condition not indicating the use of the goods.
VII. Personal data protection
- Making a purchase through the www.machtek.pl system is tantamount to consenting to the processing of the Customer's personal data by the Seller, in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2010 No. 229, item 1497 with later changes). Customer's personal data will be processed in order to complete the order, including the issuance of a sales invoice and conducting financial reporting, in accordance with the principles set out in Article. 18 of the Act on the provision of electronic services. This data is confidential and will not be disclosed to unauthorized persons.
- The Customer's personal data is protected by the Seller in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data, and will not be transferred, resold or lent to other persons or institutions that will not be entitled to do so. Customer's personal data will be made available to fulfill the contract for the sale of goods concluded in accordance with the Regulations.
- Access to personal data is only available to the data controller, which is the Seller.
- The customer has the right to request a modification or deletion from the personal database, notifying the Seller in writing.
VIII. Final Provisions
- The Regulations enter into force on 01-03-2019
- The Seller reserves the right to change these Regulations. The change will be made by placing a new text of the Regulations on the Seller's website. Amendments to the current Regulations or new contents of the Regulations come into force after 7 days from the date of placing the new Regulations on the Online Store website. The date of entry into force of the new regulations or amendments to the Regulations will be clearly defined in its content.
- Regulations and sales contracts concluded under these Regulations are subject to Polish law.
- The seller is not liable for non-performance or improper performance of obligations under the contract of sale, unless the non-performance or improper performance was caused by circumstances beyond the Seller's control despite due diligence (force majeure). in case of force majeure, the performance of obligations is suspended for its duration.
- All disputes arising on the basis of the Regulations or sales contracts will be settled by a Polish court of law.
